The Worlds Best White Water Rafting - Zambezi

White Water Rafting on the Zambezi River is conducted on both sides of the Zambezi River, which means both in Zimbabwe and in Zambia. The river below the Victoria Falls has been classified as Grade V, meaning extremely difficult, long and violent rapids, steep gradients, big drops and pressure areas. According to Zambezi.com, this is a high volume, pool-drop river - little exposed rock either in the rapids or in the pools below the rapids.

The Zambezi is the fourth-longest river in Africa. The 2,574 km- (1,600 mile-) long river has its source in Zambia and flows through five different African countries before it empties into the Indian Ocean.
