The Worlds Best Snorkeling - Great Barrier Reef

The largest coral formation in the world is home to a spectacular array of marine life and offers amazing snorkeling opportunities. The Great Barrier Reef is located off the north-eastern coast of Australia, and receives a huge number of snorkelers and scuba divers every year. Some of the most popular snorkeling spots are marked by this wear and tear, but if you travel a bit off-shore, extraordinary snorkeling experiences are still to be had.

"Washed by the warm waters of the South-West Pacific Ocean the perfect environment is created for the world's largest system of coral reefs. The Great Barrier Reef is of such pristine condition that it was listed by the World Heritage Trust as a protected site and is therefore managed by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority to ensure that its beauty is maintained for many holiday makers and sightseers to come." 1. The Great Barrier Reef is pretty sweet. I think that some of the snorkeling around the south coast of Cuba is as good. Have done both.
